All major credit or debit cards are accepted by paypal, so you dont have to sign up with them, just enter your details onto their secure server, which is part of our website and payment is taken safely and securely there and then. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order you will have to contact sales@stormblades.com or telephone the contact number 07931351142 to discuss this method of paying for an order, obviously there will be a delay whilst payment is confirmed before an order can be despatched.
Returns and Refunds
We want you, the customer to be satisfied each and every time you shop with us. All the items sold are of top quality, guaranteed to arrive at your door in the condition we sent them to you. We operate a no quibble guarantee, which means if you are unsatisfied with the goods purchased from us you may cancel the order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. A refund is offered but you must return the goods to us, the cost of which is payable by you unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified in your order, recorded delivery is recommended as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If goods upon return are proved to be faulty, damaged or not as specified a refund of the recorded delivery cost wil be refunded.

This is fine for up to 5 figures but for larger orders please contact us so that we can set a fair price for signed for delivery as we do not look to make money from postage, just to make as good a deal for our customers as possible.
